Location close to the museum and art/craft market, and other hotels/coffee shops was good and easy to walk to. Room was comfortable and clean. Meals were good and staff always friendly and professional.

This is a really lovely hotel. An oasis in a busy city. The garden is beautiful, and the pool area looks out over the ocean. A lovely place to sit of an evening. The rooms are very comfortable. Everything works. The wifi was consistently good. I have work coming up over the course of this year, and look forward to coming back.

Excellent location located within easy walking distance of the museum, port and many businesses including a great restaurant next door for breakfast or lunch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. And the grounds are quite pleasant.

The Heritage hotel is located in the sea front. In Honiara, the sea front is not very appealing for swimming. Heritage hotel has a beautiful garden with frangipane trees and many birds. Rooms were facing the ocean. Beautiful decoration in the room, including fresh flowers. The hotel is walking distance from all attractions: central market, post office, catolic church... Continental buffet breakfast with good selection of food and drinks ( considering the difficulties to ship any products to Solomon islands).

The breakfast was good although you had to pay for good coffee which I thought was not clever. Staff were very helpful in supportive in helping us get onto the internet.

The breakfast provided a great choice. I appreciated the friendly and highly efficient service of the staff. They went out of their way to help me when my ongoing flight was cancelled.
